I had my thyroid removed almost two years ago. Felt great until lately. I feel really tired. Used to walk around two miles and now barely make it around the block, Does this mean I might need my levothyroxine increased? (On 100 mcg) Thanks for the help in advance.

    It's possible...how long ago did you have labwork done?

    My endocrinologist checks my levels every 3–4 months, then adjusts my meds accordingly.
