Anyone using RPE?

Just wondering if anyone is using RPE protocol in their current program and would like to give some thoughts?

I don't use the RTS method specifically but I have a column on my tracking spreadsheet for RPE and notes also.
e.g. yesterday benching was a pyramid setup. On the way up I was wider grip and RPE was higher. On the way down, despite fatique narrow grip made the RPE lower. I come to the conclusion that narrow grip is better for me.
I know some people use rpe, target reps and a range of sets to auto regulate but I've never used that system.
I believe sidesteel is using that currently actually.0
