What can you tell you've really improved on?
There are some things I feel like I'm going to struggle with forever, but I can tell I've improved a lot with:

* power jumps: the first time I did this with my very first fit test it was a joke. I was also trying to keep up with Tania. Oh, so naive. But I very rarely feel like certain death when doing them anymore

* floor switch kicks: I can do 20 now without taking a rest. And doing them for the first time today since I restarted Insanity I was so proud of myself. The first time around I could do like 8 before having to switch to the lower intensity version of it

*moving pushups- I can do moving pushups so much better than any of the other push-ups. I actually look forward to them!

What are you better at?

    yeah i have improved on power jumps and floor switch kicks! i can finally do all 45 seconds of the floor switch kicks. i've also gotten better at push ups and switch kicks
