Question about the switch to Paleo

Hi all,
New poster here. I have just recently switched to paleo diet on Tuesday of this week. Before paleo, I was on consuming a lot of veggies, grains, beans, legumes, dairy, etc and less meat. It has been an adjustment but I am enjoying it so far. My question is this: since switching, I have noticed that I have severe difficulty maintaining sleep. Since Tuesday night (I realize that it hasn't been that long but it is an annoying problem so wanted to ask), I have woken up pretty much every hour or every other hour for seemingly no reason and am finding it somewhat difficult to get back to sleep. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think it's related to the dietary switch or just a coincidence? I appreciate any ideas and feedback. I am exhausted! Thank you.
