Some times we struggle to make healthy decisions because of the situation we put our selves in or the places we go to.
What I try to do is set my self up for success! I make pre-made meals or a shakeology drink to help me make good eating decisions. I use Shakeology to help give me energy that I was lacking, its 100% natural ingredients all the way through unlike almost all other shakes, helps to repair your digestive system and if im craving a snack all of a sudden I will make a shake. I use it as a tool and its helping me tremendously!! You can do the same things. Its all about putting yourself in the best possible situation where you can be successful and not be tempted by poor choices.

What do you do to try and better your odds of making healthier choices?
