    My Numbers:
    SW: 430 (All time high weight in 2006 was 475.)
    CW: 274.3
    GW: 267.0
    LTGW: 175

    Weigh ins: I will usually weigh in on Saturdays

    6/7/14= 275.8 +1.5 (In reality it was a good week. The astounding 5+ lb loss late last month was again dying batteries in the scale. When replaced I was up a solid 4+ lbs.)

    6/14/14= 274.0 -1.8

    6/21/14= 281.6 Finally replaced the scale. It was again bouncing everywhere. This is just a number, but it is a number that now matches exactly with my son's scale and the Dr's scale. I don't like the number, so I've been following the straight this week...

    6/28/14= 275.9 (-5.7) Astounding what one can do in a week where there are no secret cafe mocha's and the carbs are in check. Neh?

    6/20/14= 227 (-7) holy smokes, i finally broke my 6 week stall-awesome!
    Jackie, Some months I think it all just collects in my gut. One good flush and back on track! :laugh:

    CW: 295 (as of 5/30/14)
    GW: 280 (really wanna see that 287 mark and push past it!)
    LTGW: 158

    Weigh-ins are on Fridays
    June 6: 292.8 (132.81 kg) (-2.2 lbs, 1 kg)
    June 13: 290.6 (131. 81 kg) (-2.2 lbs, 1 kg) (I see a new pattern here. flowerforyou )
    June 20: 285.0 (129.27 kg) (-5.6 lbs, 2.54 kg) (Wow! I haven't seen a drop like this in a couple of months!)
    June 27: 285.6 (129.56 kg) (+0.6 lbs, 0.27 kg) (Eh. Not much of a gain, and it is TOM. I'm pretty certain the weight is in my boobs since they are about 2.5 inches bigger than normal)
    June 30: 282.2 (128.00 kg) (-3.4 lbs, 1.54 kg) (This has put me very close to my goal. Likely caused by TOM going away)

    Total Weight-Loss for the Month: 12.8 lbs (5.80 kg)

    Wow! So many milestones and so much good news happening on this board!

    Congratulations, Paula on hitting your UGW! That is an incredible accomplishment and really speaks to all the hard work and determination you have put in! Amazing and inspiring work!

    Congratulations to Jackie on your 1 year anniversary (and fantastic number to go with it!)

    Congratulations on hitting 100 pounds lost! Sorry, I don't know your name, but you know who you are and you are awesome!

    Congrats to Maelyn on your lowest weight in nearly four years!

    @Trudy - Welcome to the challenge, and wow! What an amazing first week. It may not drop off like that every week, but still great job!

    @Debbie - Just hang in there. If you're exercising regularly your body may have fully adapted to the exercise. Try to shake up the old exercise routine with something new to challenge your body in new ways. Look over food logs and see if you can spot a pattern that might be throwing you off a bit. Also think about hormones and how that might be affecting you right now.

    @Jackie - Amaaazing! It is nice to see that break for you at least. You did wonderful on holding out and not giving up during that stall.

    Thank you! I know it won't drop off like that every week. But it was great motivation for my first week :)

    6/2/14= 222.8 - down .4
    6/9/14= 221.6 - down 1.2 not bad
    6/16/14= 223.2 - gained back all lost...hopefully it is just temporary from the Father's Day Brunch pig-out
    6/23/14= 225 - I am going the wrong way...have to stop this and soon
    6/30/14= 224.2 - down from last week but up for the month :(

    GW: 165 (that's the top of my "normal" BMI range)
    LTGW: 140

    I weigh on Saturdays and at month end.

    6/7 = 169 (- 0.5) Shocking that it wasn't a gain - Difficult week.
    6/14 = 164 (-5.0) NO idea how that happened!
    6/21 = 164.5 (+ 0.5) exercising more and weight goes up :laugh: muscle's worth it though!
    6/28 = 164.5 (-0-) s'okay, balancing out that strange drop on 6/14
    6/30 = 163.5 (-1.0)

    Dan, A flush is when all your cards are one suit. What did you think it meant? :laugh:

    June's goal: 207 (I think I need a kick in the butt this month. My food control has almost non-existant.

    Weigh ins: Thursdays

    5/6/14 = 221.1 (+3.4) my aforementioned bad behaviour noway
    12/6/14 = 215.4 (-5.7) Trying to stay on the straight and narrow... yikes!
    19/6/14 = 213.9 (-1.5) Not bad considering my lack of motivation to move this week. Also hit my GW this week. YAY me!
    26/6/14 = 213 (-.9) This has been bouncing all over the place. I'll see how I end up at the end of the month.
    30/6/14 =213 0 Not as active this week with family coming and visiting. My eating was good though.

    Loss of 4.7 pounds this month. I'm very happy to pass my second goal this month! Onto July! :happy:
