Low-carb cycling?

Ok so has anyone tried carb cycling in which you were still under 100g carbs daily but 2LC(no more than 25g) and 1HC(no more than 60g). Does it work? Did you notice a difference? I starting following this and could tell a difference in my energy levels etc... Just curious! Thanks ya'll

    I eat anywhere from20-60g of carbs depending on a day. I don't see much difference when I am at 20g or 50-60g.

    So as long as I stay in that range and make sure most of my carbs are from veggies and fruits I should still be fine??? Atkin's works but with my diabetes meds its hard to keep that low all the time. I needed a plan that works for me; not against me. ;) Any advice?

    Fruits is a slipper slope for me except berries or a slice of apple. The range works for me, but may not work for some one else. You need to figure out if the carb range works for you.
