I know maintain a daily exercise regime, and 172 oz of water. I am just not able to drop the weight for the last 3 weeks. I need to change my exercise routine..

    Starting this week at 246 - would really like to drop 2 lbs and try to get back on track with my goal of being at 232 by the end of this month - so I will need to work really hard. See everyone next week - stay on top of this.

    My Starting Weight this Weeks is 181.4 lbs. I would like to lose 3 pounds this week, putting me at 178.4 pounds. My goal for the month is to reach 170 pounds. I slacked off the bandwagon at the end of last week, but hopefully getting myself together finally.
