Alrighty, down under 125 again! Apparently though, I've lost muscle weight.... Down in LBM from 93.3 to 92.8 according to the fat2fit MBF calculator. No real change in inches or BF, just a little lost around the thighs.
Overall though, I guess I can't complain; I received compliments last weekend on my weight loss, and even though I went way over last weekend I still lost weight. I'm back in my boot so exercise will be limited, but I'll do what I can to consume the right amount of protein and fiber. And, at least my weight is in a good, healthy zone.
Let's see what happens next week. I'd like to be at 124 before I head to Colombia.0
