Alrighty, down under 125 again! Apparently though, I've lost muscle weight... . Down in LBM from 93.3 to 92.8 according to the fat2fit MBF calculator. No real change in inches or BF, just a little lost around the thighs.
Overall though, I guess I can't complain; I received compliments last weekend on my weight loss, and even though I went way over last weekend I still lost weight. I'm back in my boot so exercise will be limited, but I'll do what I can to consume the right amount of protein and fiber. And, at least my weight is in a good, healthy zone.
Let's see what happens next week. I'd like to be at 124 before I head to Colombia.0
