Okay, another new month. Another chance to set goals, make plans, put them in writing, and be held ACCOUNTABLE to them.
Do it here!

Yay, I remembered our extreme accountability thread!
Yeah, so this is where you plan out your month's fitness plans and goals, put them out here for the whole world, and ride that accountability bull til the end of the month.
As for me, I guess I'd better put something up here, since the next two months are going to be a complete mystery (July travelling to USA, will try to get gym for a month and find running routes; August probably travelling to island which has no gym and unlikely running due to hot weather, steep dangerous cliffy roads and intoxicated drivers).
So for June, I want to continue getting to the gym for an upper body day and lower body day per week (at least) and I want to get a short/medium run 3x/wk and longer run (long for me) 1x/wk. I'll also be watching my fitness tracker to be getting plenty of steps.

to drop 2 pounds, but my body is teasing me right now about breaking into a new "decade"--always flirting with it, but never dropping that last little bit. grrrrrr. Hoping the new fitness tracker will help me to eat within my cals.

I've been making running goals on my other threads, so something different here. My goal for June is three body weight/body conditioning workouts per week throughout June (with June 1-9 counting as the first week and then all the following weeks having 7 days). So, I WILL do a workout every Tuesday (trainer day), Thursday, and Saturday, of at least 30 minutes, that contain exercises to work on my core, upper body, and lower body.0

I have a two-three week trip where I'm literally driving from west to east coast and back...with three kids...alone. This will also begin only a few days after having an ablation. So my goals for June are a little less strict then I would normally like.
I will get regular workouts in before and after my vacation.
I will make healthy choices when eating out on the driving days (we'll be brining lunch fixings with so I only need to worry about dinner choices).
I will run at least twice a week while on my trip.
I will not stress over bad decisions I may make, but leave it and move on and focus primarily on enjoying my family and my time with them!0 -
I'll be on vacation the last two weeks of June so won't set very high goals as well. But I already have one goal for July
So I just want to follow Cassey's June plan until then and make my vacation as active as possible (we'll go hiking and make two city trips so at least I should be able to walk around a fair bit). I also plan to do some bodyweight exercises on vacation three times a week. I also want to get my eating back on track and stay in my calorie limit 5 - 6 days a week with 1 - 2 days on a smaller deficit or going up to maintenance. During my vacation, I probably won't be able to log but still want to make healthy choices.0
