I received the Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder today (vanilla flavor). 0 carb/0 sugar and 1 scoop 105 calories. Made it with water, but I think next time I'll forgo milk at dinner and make it with milk to give it a creamer taste. No bad taste at all. Got it at GNC if anyone is interested…..

    Thanks! Yep, think I'll try it out. Discovered dark chocolate almond milk the other day.....yummm. The two should make a good shake.

    This morning I made my protein shake with 4 oz water and 1 vanilla greek yogurt. It was good and filling!
