TDEE Break PLUS Gym break?

Just wanted to get some feedback on this:
I'm away from the gym this week, so my workouts basically only my evening walks. But...
This past weekend was a food fest, which bled over into Monday. So this week could very easily become my TDEE break (which I technically shouldn't do until next week).
But is that advisable if I'm already away from the gym? My TDEE should be slightly lower throughout the day because I'm not lifting. I'm not really set on eating more this week, I'm just curious for future reference if these two events should coincide, lol!

You are correct, your TDEE is lower if not exercising as much.
Likely your exercise week TDEE with deficit eaten on a non-exercise week is your TDEE now. So indeed a diet break too.
Usually it's beneficial to do 2 weeks to unstress body in 2 different ways.
Take a gym break and walk exactly as you are doing, but eat at correct TDEE with deficit for that week. So lower eating than normal of course.
Then the next week back to the workouts (stronger now) and eat at correct TDEE with no deficit. So higher eating than normal.
Your body will really know what to do with the extra calories.
