Progress so far

I can't find my original post where I introduced myself and gave my starting point. Based on the date I joined this group (09 May), I'll use the date closest (07 May).

My starting weight was 86.4kg (190.08#). After almost a month, I weighed 84.8 (186.56#) on 02 June...had to record that today since I forgot to do so yesterday. I know today's weight is not accurate (way low...sure liked it, though). That gives me a loss of 1.6kg (3.52#).

During the past several months, my peak weight was 95.1kg (209.22#) on 08 August 2013. That gives me an overall loss of 10.4kg (22.88#) in 10 months. It's definitely a slow pace and my weight chart shows ups and downs but more of a downward trend over all. I never returned to that peak weight so I am pleased. I haven't always been good about doing actual meal tracking. I did no meal tracking during my vacation during the first half of April and didn't gain much at all...less than 2 kg (4.4#) which was acceptable. It came back off and I continue to lose.

How are you doing with your goals? I'm pleased with my continued progress.
