Has Anyone Tried Food Babe's Eating Guide?

I am thinking about signing up for Food Babe's Eating Guide and would like some reviews. I like to cook in a slow cooker and like to prep in the morning. I don't like to have to go to specialty stores or order special ingredients.

I would like to know about prep times, ingredients, and any other input.

    I did baby lead weaning it was completely amazing. Have you heard it? It makes life so much easier!!!!
