Setting your macros on MFP

Is there a way to over-ride the macros that MFP sets for you? I am new to IIFYM, thank you in advance for any feedback.

You probably figured this out already, but go to your home, then goals, then change goals, and select custom, you can do it there, at least to a certain extent.0

I followed the steps here to be able to set my goals by grams instead of % ...
This is how I set my IIFYM goals ...
I used the Google Chrome browser to set everything up ...
