Hi all,
Is this group active? It would be great to get this group going!
I'm relatively new to Tone It Up (bought the Nutrition Plan for my birthday in May). I am following the programme and working out a lot more and I must admit, I really love it. The community spirit is great!
I started the Bikini Series late, but so far, so good!
Where is everyone? Are you still following the TIU lifestyle?
