Is there a way to change proten% Fat and carbs in MFP?

Since eating Paleo, it is frustrating when I see I am eating too much fat according to the goals set up in MFP. Is there a way to change the goals to match our eating plan? If so, what are the recommended percentages for protein, fat and carbs for Paleo.. I have been eating the plan for a while due to an issue with gluten. Is there even a recommendation?

    Yes, the defaults are retarded.

    Go to your Home page, Goals, Change Goals, Custom, make your adjustments (if lowering carbs and tracking sugar, don't forget to change that one too), Change goals again. Done.

    Your best macros depend on YOU. But imo fat should be 50% or higher. Carbs depends on your metabolic issues. For instance, I have hardcore metabolic issues and problems with bingeing/craving (stimulated by too many carbs) so I eat high fat, moderate protein, low carb. Others might have different needs such as a healthy metabolism and a very active lifestyle so they might do better with a different macro setting than I.
