Transition to maintenance, running and resistance training

A general question for the group. I am about two pounds from my goal weight. I'm 5'11" and will be 160. I am about 15-16% body fat based on skin fold/caliper test. I am going to transition to maintenance/recomp soon. I have been lifting for about a year while I have been dieting. I have made great strength gains but, obviously little to no mass gains. Here is the thing, I like to run. However, when I lift heavy and run my legs are like lead. I want to keep lifting to keep what I have and maybe make some small gains and I also want to train for a marathon. I would like to hear opinions on eating, training routines that would somewhat overlap of compliment each other or any other ideas. Are these two mutually exclusive? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure there is one, but you guys know quite a bit more than me. And really, a general discussion with no real conclusion is ok with me. Thanks!!!0
