This is something i thought about trying, to lose fat, which even though I lost weight, I still have a fairly high percentage of, and mostly
ALL of its in my stomach (see profile pic). I heard this also helps with those stubborn fat areas.
BUT I heard this also raises Coristol levels, which I honestly cannot afford, as mine are naturally high already.(Im actually trying supps that supposly reduce this)
I also have hypothryoid. I feel like this is a catch 22. Advice?

Nope. Fasting is the first step toward a binge. Set a steady weight loss glide path to a smooth landing.0

Fasting is not necessarily going to accelerate your progress. It sounds to me like you need to find a sustainable method of adhering to a calorie deficit.Nope. Fasting is the first step toward a binge. Set a steady weight loss glide path to a smooth landing.
Not necessarily. Some people may have issues with it but many people have success using an intermittent fasting approach.0
