    I went crazyyyyy :laugh:

    I was doing 30 Day Shred...but now I added 30 Day Challenge.
    So far it looks OK, right?
    The crazy part of it is that I didn't knew which one to choose (Abs, Squats and Push ups)...so I decided to do all
    Today will be:
    30 DS L2 D9
    30 DC D3 (Abs, Squats and Push ups)

    I'm sure my thighs are sore, but I can see them slimming :heart:

    done with a banner template on photoshop.. I don't know if all 3 pages will appear.. but that's dan craig and hugh jackman flanking george clinton.. get off you tushy and jam....
