I was doing 30 Day Shred...but now I added 30 Day Challenge.
So far it looks OK, right?
The crazy part of it is that I didn't knew which one to choose (Abs, Squats and Push ups)...so I decided to do all
Today will be:
30 DS L2 D9
30 DC D3 (Abs, Squats and Push ups)
I'm sure my thighs are sore, but I can see them slimming0 -
now that I think about it, I might need a poster to check off the days. Gold stars mounting on a wall?
