    Happy hump day! Summer is in full bloom here. Getting too hot to run but getting my swim on on. All weekend are great here as long as it don't rain.

    Yes happy hump day, it is hot but still have to do my runs for training long as it is not a thunderstorm...do love to swim just don't do it as much as I like.

    This weekend I have a birthday on Friday and hope to go paddle boarding Saturday! I am still keeping up with my running just slower.

    Ugg i understand slowing down, last night was a painful run for me. Hope you have a great time on the water we have a cook out Sunday at the pool so will enjoy some swimming on my end. Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful weekend. stay cool and drink water.
