I myself need one. I have gained back all the weight I lost last summer. I feel like a loser and none of my clothes fit. WOW what 30lbs will do to you. I have 1000+ excuses for why I have gained the weight back. Stress, no time, bla bla bla....well I guess what I am saying is if I want to bee healthy (I've given up on skinny) I need to take care of myself.
Here are my goals for June -
1. Stick with logging my food.
2. Make healthier choices even at fast food places (they do sell salad).
3. Think before I eat.
4.Try not to eat my emotions.
Yes this sounds all good. I have tons of support. My failure is my own. I got a fitbit last week and well....here I am same as always. What makes today different? I am going to try again.

Congratulations on getting back in the ring! Can't tell you how many times I've done the same thing. All I know for sure is that I literally have to take this one day at a time and try to realize that food doesn't solve any of my problems.
June goals for me?
- Don't give up. It's been getting harder and harder to lose weight but I'm trying to see the long view. Maintaining or losing a little is still a win.
- Try to remember the satisfaction of wanting an entire pizza but eating something healthy instead.
- Fall down 7 times.... get up 8..... :-)0 -
still smiling and moving forward - some how I am up 3lbs but I am not going to stress because I know things will balance out.0
