Operation 50 with Tone It Up

Hi girls,
I am going to be starting my own challenge on Monday 9th June for 24 weeks of health and fitness. During that time, I''m challenging myself to lose *at least* 50lbs! I am going to be following the TIU nutrition plan and the workouts as well as some extra exercises, like aqua fit etc., I am really looking forward to the challenge! If you are interested in joining me and the others for #Operation50, please just let me know. I have set up a separate Facebook group for this, so we can carry on checking in with each other and make sure that we hold ourselves and each other accountable!
I'm now meal planning as well as planning my workouts, so that I know what I will be doing each day!
