Its the weekend. That means it can be really tough to stay on track and not really slip up and start all over on monday. You busted your butt all week to get to wear you are today. Dont throw all that hard work away and over indulge. YOU can do this. Have a snack and enjoy some thing tasty but dont lose focus.
I have AirForce Guard this weekend so the post may be a little late.
How did your day go and did you do anything fun today?
My family made kabobs on the grill and we are helping the kids make smores like I remember when I was a kid around the camp fire.

My Saturday was a success! I went on a 2 hour cross country hike through woods and fields... MFP says I burned 1500 calories..my fitbit says I walked 12700 steps... It was an awesome day!0

Took it easy yesterday. Saved up calories for a fairly large dinner and dessert. Also started 30ds, but now my ankle is hurting, which is a bummer.0
