Hi everyone!
My name is Luke, I'm 27 years old and I'm currently on a journey to lose 45+kgs and to live a healthier, happier and more active lifestyle
I currently train 2 days per week with a personal trainer in Newcastle, NSW and track my food here on MFP.
I have currently lost 9.8kgs - my ultimate goal at the moment is to weigh under 100kgs
