Hi Everyone
This is Rimi and im new to this eat more to lose more weight concept.
i read abt TDEE calculation and i dont knw anything abt it,
but that Scooby TDEE calculator is sayin my BMR IS 1483 and TDEE is 2039,
im tryin to lose weight , i wanna lose 26lbs in 3months - is it possible?
so can anyone tell me how much cal per day i should eat? 2000cal?
and how many mins i have to exercise?
pls help cause i really wanna be Slim

26 lbs in that time is a lot to lose unless you are VERY over-weight. It's not worth doing it at speed unless you would like to keep eating that way for life (and believe me, it wouldn't be a lovely life). The view in here is that you are trying to lose weight slowly but consistently and eating as much as you can while still losing. I'm doing 1/2 lb a week and am now only 4 lbs from my goal weight.
As your TDEE is 2039, the suggested -15% from TDEE would be 1733. Personally, I tend to eat around -10% which would be around 1835 calories or so.0
