I am going whitewater rafting in August. Have any of you gone at 300 pounds or more? I am a bit worried.....what if I fall over? What if I capsize the raft?

I am not worried about swimming, I am a strong swimmer...but how the heck would I get back in the raft?

I went tubing off the back of a jetski last summer and when I fell off I was not able to climb back on the tube, but all the people who were average height and weight had trouble too. It took me about 15 minutes to climb on the back of the jetski, but I did make it and that was before I had done any arm strengthening exercises I think it may be easier now but I haven't tried.

So I guess tl:dr it's hard for everyone to pull themselves up, maybe try strengthening your arms as prep.
