I'm Danielle and I am new. Looking for any advice to get rid of my emotional eating habits .

Hi Danielle.
I just hang out around here occasionally and read the topics, see whats happening and try to relate.
I've managed to avoid emotional over eating for about 9 months now.
I find logging my food and eating regular meals has helped me enormously.
I needed to lose weight for medical reasons so that focus has also helped me.
I found right back before this time that just trying to make food something you only do at meal times helps.
I avoided highly refined carbs - junk food, excesses sugar etc as much as I can as they seem to trigger the desire to just keep eating, but thats probably not everyone.
