Here is a place to enter your levels after the initial evaluation. This is your starting point. Remember that we will all start and progress at different levels and that's ok! Hopefully we will all get to look back at this thread and see how amazing we've done!

Here is where I'm starting.
Program: Body By You
Pulling: 3 Let Me Ins
Squatting: 3 Therapy Squats
In-Line Pushing: 7 Half Dive-Bombers with hands elevated knee height
Bending: 4 Warriors
Perp Pushing: 5 Close-grip Push-ups with hands elevated hip height0 -
Program: Body By You
Pulling: 9 Let me ups with knees bent 90 degrees
Squatting: 3 Therapy Squats (my fiancé can do every level of these..it's crazy)
In-Line Pushing: 6 Military Presses with hands elevated to knee height and 2-second pauses
Bending: 13 One-legged hip extensions
Perp Pushing: 4 Push-ups with hands elevated to hip height and 2-second pauses0 -
Going by the exercises I have listed for Week 1 Day 1 as I can't seem to find the notes I made for the evaluation anywhere.
Program: BBY
Pulling Level: 3 (let me ins)
Squatting Level: 1 (sumo therapy squats, I could do higher but for flexibility sake I wanted to start from the beginning)
In-line Pushing Level: 5 (military press with hands knee height and 1 second pause)
Bending Level: 7 (Hip extensions)
Perp Pushing Level: 3 (push ups with hands elevated hip height)0
