I just follow the recipe on the back of the Lipton Onion Soup mix for Souperior Meat loaf. I did not put in the ketchup or water that it called for. It ends up being 250 cals for 2 muffins. I evenly distribute the meat into 16 muffin tins with no wrappers. Make you you grease the pan so they don't stick. The recipe as its made says it serves 8. So 2 muffins from the 16 you make is the same and perfect. They freeze well and will travel well too.
