Sometimes just maintaining is a good thing

It does! I won't be able to post next week b/c I'll be in Europe (yay!), and am hoping to maintain my weight there. But I'll be back to post the final week.
Is there a new group that will start after this? I'd be up for keeping it going. Looks like a lot of people dropped off along the way.0 -
It seems to be pretty statistically accurate that we drop 75% of people.
Both groups that I have been in have been that way.
I would not mind a follow up group.
I would like a large number of people to start with, so it doesnt get down to so few! Lol
I am stuck, and really hope to see 16_something before the next two weeks.
I am at my last 15 lbs or so, and it has been mentally hard and slow going.
I know having it be the last lbs and having so much stress with life and my husbands cancer isnt helping me at all, so a new group would help tremendously!
This week I want to lose!0
