C25K resume after surgery

Hey all! I have been doing the C25K training until May 9th when I had my first gallbladder attack which benched me for a month! I was released from my doctor on June 3rd and went back out for my first run back. (I meant to go back to week 4 day 1 but didn't and it started week 5 day 3- where I should have been on May 10th) I couldn't do the 20 minute jog of course. Then I did some cross training the rest of the week to try and get my body back into a routine. Monday I attempted to do Week 5 Day 1 and still could not do the full amount- and I am serious could NOT do it- I became in pain from either a severe stitch or from where they removed my gallbladder- not sure which is to blame. So do I just keep backing up my training and start back from there or maybe take a week of say first day week 3 day 3 then the next running day week 4 day 3 and so on until I am back at week 6 day 1? Anyone been through coming back after an injury or surgery have some suggestions?
