hi all
i've come for critique and some genuine help for my problem.
i'm 164 cm tall, 24 years old and currently weigh 67.2 kgs
my starting weight was 67.5 kgs and though i've been at it consistently for 2 weeks now i'm frustrated because i've been stuck at this weight for quite some time now.
i usually start mfp, get frustrated( when i have a binge day), stop and start again! this time however, i have decided to stick around! (this has been going on for 6 months at least)
this time around, the first week i lost 3 pounds, but this week i seemed to have gained 2 pounds back.
i'm on 1200 calories and my exercise is walking. i eat all of my exercise calories back. during these 2 weeks i've had one cheat day which i fully regret.
the only time i seem to lose weight is when i netted 500 calories everyday ( and that too was on average 0.8 kg/week). this time around however, i want to be able to net at least 1200 and still lose weight. where am i going wrong
?
i have an HRM for measuring my exercise calories and a digital food scale for measuring and logging.
what can i do to consistently lose weight? how many calories should i be eating?
** last year i went down to 50 kgs without calorie counting..just eating protein and avoiding processed carbs with 2 cheat days a month...sadly since that lifestyle couldn't be maintained i've ballooned up to 67.2
***also i have pcos

When did you start exercising?
You say you only started 2 weeks ago?0 -
i exercise everyday.
i officially started logging on a daily basis 2 weeks ago.
before i would log daily but binge and delete my account and then restart all over again with a new account.
as of today i'm in the third week of logging daily and accurately and exercising on a daily basis0 -

So just to be clear you started exercising about two weeks ago?0 -

This is the same as myself, I started about 2.5 weeks ago. Initially lost about 8lbs in the first week (I want to lose about 45lbs) , started exercise, then, nothing. I'm guessing there will be something going on, and am just waiting it out to see what happens, but am watching this post to see what those more knowledgeable have to say. :-)0
