bumping today's thread
No idea what I'll do today. Dh has been very busy at work and I have both kids all day and it is hot. Also t.o.m. might be creeping up on me. Really hoping for a run, although I messed up a toenail with a sudden maneuver thanks to some pedestrians the other day--it's not black, but very sensitive and I'm afraid it'll go black if I'm not careful. So, maybe it'll be the gym instead.

No bootcamp today.
I ran a little late, so was 5 minutes late for class. Then they had changed the meeting place, so I never found them. Everyone who had attended the first class knew, but I didn't. I ran for about a half mile after I realized that no one was there for boot camp, but that's all I got in this morning. 0 -
I'm just getting my day started, so I haven't done anything yet today.
Yesterday, I rucked a 5k during my lunch break. It was pretty good, but it was crazy hot. After work, I hit the gym for a NROLFW workout. I'm almost done with Stage 1 and can't wait to start Stage 2.0 -
Walked to gym, did a great lower body workout (except didn't get to butt, because there was a class in the aerobics room, where I usually do my glute bridges & kneeling squats--it's okay though). Then jogged a bit in the wrong direction and then turned and jogged home (couldn't've been more than 2mi total). Felt great, but sadly my wrist band is telling me that I have not burned enough calories for my appetite today. (pout) :frown:0

Was so motivated yesterday, got a lot done after nia.
Today it's my day off 1pm and still in my pj's!!
Warmer I will swim later, couldn't get my buns to do mini hike. Did set date to hike with friend Monday.
Ok that's it OFF couch! :noway:0
