Friday! The day before temptation weekend! All thd hard work you did all week to get to where you are today. What will u do with that progress? Will u dig dee through the weekend and focus? Will u give in to carvings and temptations? Stay on track and head in to next week strong and ready for more! Are you serious about your diet and fitness? Is it a full time passion or part time?

I'm a part-timer.
Physical activity- didn't exercise. Was sore from thursday.
Food - HORRIBLE. Doughnuts for breakfast, pizza (work), but I did say I wasn't going to eat a whole giant cinnamon roll (but did eat half). Dinner was fired shimp and a fried basket , all I can say is I didn't eat it all.
So yeah, friday not so great. Today is kind of iffy too.0
