Two Weeks of Healthy Eating . . .and I've Put Weight On!

I've weighed my portions, made healthy choices, been working in the garden and even tried cutting down my daily calorie intake. And yet I've gained almost 2 lbs. Where am I going wrong?

I find that lately I've been weighing in and then I'm up for no reason then it goes back down.
I am upping your water intake and watching my sodium intake and see if that makes a difference.
