I started June 2 so this past week was supposed to be my week 3 but I skipped it due to life's annoyances (work, house guests, sickness... the trifecta!) I felt better today so I did speed 1.0 (my favorite) and will rest tomorrow to re-do week three on Monday!
I'm getting a nice heart rate monitor for my birthday in 3 weeks and can't wait to see how many calories I really burn during this thing!!!0 -
Week 1 was pretty good. When I was unable to complete a day I double up the next. I have lost some weight. Just need to do better with logging everything. How do I create log for t25 under exercise. Good luck all on your next week.0

I add it under "Circuit training, general" in cardio. It's probably a bit more accurate than aerobics (which is what I used at first).0
