Cycle 1 Week 2 Check In

Here ya go! Let's do this for week 2! I missed Monday, so I will be making up for it on Thursday in order to get 3 days in this week. Will post Day 1 (today) upon completion! How is everyone doing?

    Week 2 Day 1:

    Pulling: Level 5 1 arm let me ins knees slightly bent: still really hard for me! I think I might be working on this one for a bit. Has anyone passed this one?/

    Squatting: Level 5 Overhead Squats: These seemed easier to me than the therapy squats. This is possibly due to the towel. Moving on to level 6.

    Perp Pushups: Level 6 closed pushups hip level 1 sec pause. I could definitely feel this by the 2nd set, but was able to complete fairly easily. Moving on!

    Bending: Level 7 Hip Extensions These were really fun to me! I could feel it, but I think this is something I would like to do every day! lol I don't know why I enjoyed this move so much. Moving on to level 8.

    How is everyone else doing? Do you have any favorite/least favorite exercises so far? What progress are you noticing?

    W 2 day 2 Progress:

    Pulling: 5 1 armed let me ins knees slightly bent. I'm still working on this one. The belt seems to really hurt my hands when I try. Is anyone else noticing this? How did you get through it?

    Squatting: Overhead squat 2 second pauses- Felt good. Moving on to level 7.

    Inline pushing- 1/2 dive bombers 1 sec pauses. This was hard, but I did it! Moving on!

    Bending- 8 hip extensions 2 sec pauses. Still loving these! I think they may be the key to a nice backside! lol On to level 9.

    Pulling: 5 1 arm let me in knee slightly bent... I finally did it!!!! Moving on to level 6.

    Squatting: 7 side lunges- easy for me: moving on

    Perp Pushing: close grip hip height 2 sec pause- done

    Bending: Hip extensions with 2 sec pause: love these moving on

    Cycle 1 Week 3 begins next week! Moves go from 2X 12 to 3X10 so we'll see how I do!

    Is everyone else still pressing on?

    Ok so vacation has really messed with my bby motivation. I'll begin cycle 1 week 3 today if I have the strength for the levels I was on. Otherwise I mIght backtrack a little. Getting back on this!

    I'm struggling with motivation as well at the moment, trying to get back into it though :) We can do this!
