I finally got my result back from the test!
Here's the link for the pictures of my results.

When I had the test done a couple of years ago I was estrogen dominant, but now I'm low normal (interesting). They say that my progesterone to estradiol ratio is high. I probably will go to the once a day on the prog. cream, but I'm not sure about the rest of the stuff they are recommending :ohwell:

Interesting. I think her supplement recommendations are good. I've actually been looking at quite a few if those to try. I have the ProgestaKey already and do it just as she said but only have had it a month so far.0

Tell me about it!!! :sad:0 -
So are you going to try the supplements she recommended? I'm back on the progest-Key starting today and I'm trying to be really good about doing my fish oil and Vit. C. I'm taking Antronex for allergies which has something to do about the liver so I'm not sure I'd need the liver support supplement on top of that. I'd like to get the Ultra H-3 and try that for a couple of months. Oh and I also have the weight loss formula from Uni-Key which I have not been good at taking 3 times a day so I can't really tell if its working or not.
I'm also going to try doing IIFYM instead of the JUDDD. I cannot go so long with eating because it makes me feel queasy and shaky when I work out so I'm going to try keeping my macros balanced which will mean cutting a lot of my carbs and processed foods and see if that helps.
This getting older stuff really bites it! lol0 -

I may try them, but I have to wait until I get paid on the 30th. I will get the progest-key when I'm about to run out of my other transdermal prog. cream.
I did go down to the once a day application on my prog. cream, so I will see if that helps with some of my symptoms.
