Diet and exercising but no noticable difference

I'm 4'11 so petite and female at 27yrs old.I started at 115 lbs with my diet program.

So I've been eating between 1200 and 1400 calories per day for about 2 weeks and I've only lost .2lbs. I've been working out an hour a day 6 days a week-been doing the p90x workout 90day program and I'm on week 3 but no diet the first week.. I weigh and measure all of my food and don't eat anything that I don't factor in on my food journal. Also been drinking extra water to try and keep water retention at bay (8 or more glasses a day).

Isn I realize I'm small but with the deficit I'm creating I should have lost more than .2 lbs in the 2 weeks that I've actually counting calories. Been doing the exercise the whole time so I should have a pretty decent deficit. MFP estimated me to lose about .5lb per week so as of now i'm miss out on .8 lbs which makes me feel very discouraged.

Any other petite women run into this at all'?
