Challenge 1!

So I figure we should do challenges that are non weight based, since it is so hard to have any predictability, especially for those of us without much to lose. So physical challenges make more sense.
First challenge: Do 100 push ups this week. We will start this week on Sunday, June 22, ends the following Saturday. If 100 is too easy for you, up it to a number that would be tough, but doable.

I am in! Just tried some push-ups and barely did 10 this morning.0

First time joining a group. I started the 100 push up challenge 3 weeks ago by myself. There is an actual 100 push up challenge website. I love it then. Then I started the 200 squat challenge. Push up challenge is very difficult. I do the girl pushups started at 4 only now I can do 16 in a row, still difficult.0

Never done a proper push up in my life so obviously I'm in! Haha, let's do this!0

I am in for this challenge. I am going to really try but every time I do pushups I can only do 10. God help me!!!! I will try my best.
Good luck to all!!!0 -
Since I don't work during the summer, I've gotten lazy about tracking my food. Plus, I get really lazy when I have unstructured time. I'm in too.0

If you can't do a full push up, do them on your knees! But maybe try writing down how many you can do on your toes throughout the week. Then next time we do a push up challenge you can try to do more on your toes! :drinker:0

I'm in haha I usually manage 6 so it's going to have to be a couple of times a day haha0

Wow! My last "proper" pushup was done in basic training many years ago. Due to back pain issues, I'll do them with bended knees versus Army style (straight body).
Thanks for starting this group.0 -

Started with 15 for today.0

I did 10 pushups knees on floor.0
-
I already did 11. Looking forward to adding more throughout the week.0
-
I...forgot to do them today. Great way to start the challenge  Guess I'll be doing extra the next few days! Maybe I can knock out a few before bed.0
-
12 more for a total 22 so far - and they are def on my knees.0
-
Just did 20 on my knees. I feel like knees might be a little too easy, but real push-ups are too hard (I'm only good for 2-3 at a time!). Maybe I'll aim for 75 modified and 25 regular0

I did not do any pushups yesterday but today I am aiming at atleast 20. I will be back later on to tell you all how I did. Good luck and keep pushing through this. We can do this!!!!0

I did 10 again today on my knees. I realized a couple weeks ago when I started doing pushups on my knees and I could do 20 no problem. My husband noticed my form was wrong. My butt was raised too high. I read a proper knee pushup is butt should be level like in a plank position and elbows closer to your body not winged out. When I did this the knee pushups became so much harder.0

I'm in for the challenge too!0

I am back again. Day 1! What a perfect way to start back, tackling my arch-nemesis the push-up. I can do them, I just don't LIKE doing them. All in!0
