Lifting Friends & Will I Hit The Number?

Hiya *waves*
I just posted for friends in the main boards but figured here would be a great place too.
Also, I read a lot that people weigh higher but are much smaller when lifting heavy, so I am curious, I have a target weight in mind (9st 7 at 5ft 5) - should I push this out the window and set another goal i.e a dress size? Is it realistic to lose 56lbs or should I just see how it goes?
All the best,
Fangs

9-10 stone will put you in the middle/high end of your healthy weight range, won't it? It's still a great goal, but maybe just taking it one stone at a time and recalculating your goals as you go might be more motivating. Either way, you're doing great and I'm happy to be taking this journey with you!0
