Yesterday I set a quit date of Saturday the 21st! Im doing this coooold turkey. I know I can do this, and talked to my husband and children about it and the support that will be needed from them during this process. I am looking forward to the support of a group of others quitting or already quit. I know this wont be easy because everyone around me smokes and its even allowed in the office I work in..

Any helpful tips and advice is encouraged!

    Hi there! I hope you are doing good so far! My quit date was yesterday! I went one whole day with no cigs and am on my 2nd day! I am using the patch though, so not quite sure how that is going to go! This is my millionth time quitting but this time feels different! We can do this!
