Fitness Goals

What are your fitness goals?

I'm trying to do cardio 4 days a week, weight lifting 3 times a week, and pilates 3 times a week. And get my fitbit over 10,000 steps a day!

    Not much opportunity at the moment, but I'm aiming for two cardio and two strength sessions per week. In a few weeks I'd like to achieve four cardios. (Found I lift better in twice per week).

    I started Stronglifts 5x5 about a month ago. I took last week off for vacation, so my goal right now is to make it 6 weeks without skipping.

    Also I'm starting Couch to 5 k this Tuesday, and I really want to a) actually get off my butt and do it and b) run a 5k this September

    I am always aiming for a few minutes of walking with baby everyday. I also try to fit in about 30 minutes of cardio (from youtube walking video). I am also currently doing 30 day fitness challenges. I really hope I can keep up as I am seeing good results even just after a week.

    2 x a week 30 minutes on the elliptical. Pushups and squats challenges 3 x a week.

    I do Jillian Michaels DVD's 6 days per week, and You Are Your Own Gym workouts 3 days per week. I also walk an average of 15,000 steps per day.
