2nd Trimester...Throbbing Foot Pain Already??

Is it normal to have throbbing foot pain this early on? My feet do not appear swollen, but they do throb painfully and the veins in my feet do appear to be bulging more than normal. Well, this got me into a bit of a pickle at work today As I work in a closed office with only one other person, I removed my boots (have to wear boots) and socks temporarily just to alleviate some of the pain....it did help. Just my luck my BIG boss walks in (who never works weekends typically so I am just extra unfortunate). Along with him my new boss and another person in my leadership chain was there too....and here my feet are out flapping in the breeze -_- He said he understood but that I need shoes I can wear to work. Well that's fine but the problem is I wear a uniform, there ARE no options other than boots. Oh, other than my pregnancy profile says I can be authorized to wear sneakers but only in my 3rd trimester and only with a doctors letter. It seems ridiculous my feet are hurting this bad already and I'm embarrassed what just happened, plus I'm sure I'll hear about it later. Propping my feet up is not an option either and I'm here for 12 hours at a time. Am I just going crazy, WTH ?!
