Configuring myfitnesspal for atkins phase 1

I'm getting ready to start phase 1 . What percentages should I set for carbs/protein/fats ..etc

  • I set mine at 5% Carbs 60% Fat and 35% Protein. Keeps me around 20g carbs! :)

    Yes 5% carbs for me was 18 carbs. But that wasn't allowing anything for fiber. Remember to watch net carbs not total carbs. Fitness pal doesn't keep up with net. So I set mine to watch carbs and fiber. Then subtract fiber from the carbs to get the net carbs. Remember Carbs -fiber - sugar alcohol = Net Carbs
