    Well, my weekend was so-so. I tracked but not everything, I walked but no formal exercise. This week I'm planning on getting back in to Z25k at least 3 days this week. I have not planned anything for this week as the weekend exhausted me and I'm still trying to get through the day. I will start with water today, already finished a 32 oz cup of h2o and working on a 2nd. I had some blueberries for breakfast so I'll count that as my healthy item. I really don't hate/dislike any food, I just really hate/dislike when I get so tired and worn out that I eat whatever. So... here's to Monday and getting back on track!!!

    Kashaas - C25k is something I want to get back into too. What week are you on? With storms all the last 2 weeks I'm trying to decide if I should stay on week 4 or go back to a week or 2...

    For me, weekend was a good time but too much food. I also ended up walking but nothing formal in terms of exercise. This week may start my a busy work schedule here on out. Also this week, work is feeding us lunch. As normal, it's nothing healthy...

    Physical activity is stairs at work, maybe c25k, and/or Horton's ten min videos... My healthy food was a banana. Junk food is starting to not be worth it or not taste as good. Fries not as satisfying, sugar not rewarding... But sometimes I crave it out of habit and a moment of weakness kills my resolve. I think my least favorite is doughnuts. Blah. They just are so much sugar and no whole grain or fulfilling texture.

    I love mondays! Its a time to start fresh and get back on track if i struggle at all on the weekends. MOdify food intake and modify work outs. :)
