Hi ladies. I am joining MFP today in hopes to simply keep track of my food regularly. I saw your group and thought I's join. How often are you on here? Do any of you check every day?

    Hi -- I just found and joined this group, but have been on MFP for over a year now. I am mostly eating lower carb, higher fat since last March and trying to lose about 13 kg total, have lost 11 so far. It is very slow going now, as I find that the only time I lose is when I really up the fat and lower the carbs. Can't seem to get to that point very often though, as life gets in the way! I still track every day, and try to be honest about it. I eat about 1450 cals per day, and my Fitbit TDEE shows about 1700 to 1800 cals burned per day on average. I am post menopause, happened about 6 years ago (I forget exactly, but that is when I started gaining big time!).
