I lost 4.2 pounds!!!!! I think we have finally started my journey with a tad bit of success. Lets hope the future is just as bright . .:happy:

    That is great news!

    I have been losing about a pound a week which is what I have targeted. WIth more strength training I should be able to maintain this weight loss.
