Hi all,

Brand new to MFP, but certainly not new to the challenge of maintaining my healthy weight. I will be 62 in September and my goal is to be under 130 again. Need to loose about 20 lbs (again!) I've lost count how many times I've lost this 20 lbs. My focus is on more exercise (daily!) and less carbs - my weakness and my families go to food. I live in Ohio and have 2 great kids and 2 beautiful grand daughters to things exciting.

    Atta girl! You have goals and reaching out for support. I am 62, looking to lose 30 lbs and will give to get support too! Let's build up strength and do this!
